Product features
1. The fluid resistance of pneumatic ball valve is small, it is the least of all the valves. The open and close is quick and easy, using compressed air as a driving force. Through the piston gear, gear mechanical transmission stem, and will finish the open and close action or regulating action quickly, with the angle trip output torque rotating ball 0 ~ 90°. Ball-core channel is smooth, difficult to deposit medium, it can pass the ball by pipelined. The structure is simple, weight is light, the sealing performacne is good. It is an actuator of automatic control system instrument.
2. Adopting electric-pneumatic valve positioner. using electrical signal and compressed air as a driving force, to receive the 0-10mA DC or 4-20mA DC current signal input by the control system. And transforming the compressed air to a air supply pressure signal input and output by the regulator, then change the rotating angle of the ball core, to achieve the proportion regulating action.
3. Adopting solenoid reversal valve, position back device, using AC220V or DC24V supply voltage and compressed air as power, to achieve the quick two-bit cutting off of the fluid medium.
4. Pneumatic actuator adopts piston-cylinder and crank transfer structure, the output torque is large and the volume is small. Using all-sealed waterproof design, with the high-grade protection. Cylinder body uses mirror cylinder, oil-free lubrication, friction coefficient is small, and is corrosion-resistant, has superior durability and reliability. All drive bearings use self-lubricating bearing with oil-free lubrication, to ensure the drive shaft not wear.
