Pete Stewart takes on the role of Office Manager, dealing with sales enquiries, daily office requirements and ensuring customer needs are met accurately and on time. He has experience in the offshore valve industry, working with offshore oil, gas and drilling operators in the North Sea, where he has built up an understanding of the needs of this sector. Internal Sales Administrator Paula West supports Pete by overseeing a wide range of processes from expediting, documentation, certification and invoicing. Operations Manager Kevin Wood holds ultimate responsibility for quality assurance, assessing both goods in and out to ensure they meet the high standards demanded by clients and Severn Ball Valves alike.
