High temperature integrated ball valves
Integrated flange high temperature sewage ball valve absorb foreign high-temperature ball valve structure, combined with domestic fact, to research and develop. The connection dimension is in line with the national standards, whose characteristics are open and close quickly, non-flow resistance; the sealing ring inside the valve has high strength, high abrasion resistance, strong resilience advantages. Its sealing is reliable, and has a long service life. It is used as a medium flow hoist device in petroleum, chemical industry, steam and other pipes; in order to prevent the damage of the sealing surface caused by the fast medium flow, so it is required that the valve must be full open or full closed when operating, and not allow to open the valve partly.
Our high-temperature integrated ball valve uses a new sealing material for the seat, and as the sealing parts similar products made of PTFE, and the service life increased 3-5 times. It has a stable performance, reliable sealing, small friction, easy to open and close, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, long service life, etc. The face to face dimension of the high temperature ball valve is in line with globe valve, piston type valves, sewage valve, and expands the using scope of the ball valve. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, paper, pharmaceutical and other industries, replacing globe valve, piston type valves, fast sewage valve. Applicable medium: water, steam, heat-conducting oil and other acids, suitable temperature: ≤ 350 ℃.
