Product features
Q641 pneumatic unitary insulation cut off ball valve is composed by the pneumatic piston actuators and interlayer unitary cast body. The seat is designed with rebound effect as the spring to form bi-directional flexible seat, ensuring the reliability of ball sealing. Meanwhile media pressure and the resilience of upstream end flexible structure enhance the seat sealing in downstream end. Flexible structure also can automatically compensate for seat wear and the changes of temperature and pressure, increase service life. This ball valve is widely used in easy to crystallize and the viscous fluids, and can meet the various needs of the insulation media occasions, such as oil medium containing wax, more asphalt, to prevent crystallization of the medium and to ensure the efficient operation of the automatic control systems.
