Fluorine-lined v-shaped ball valves
Fluorine-lined V-shaped ball valve is a rotary ball valve, whose spool and seat are metal, or metal matched with the PTFE sealing. It combines the best control characteristics of the ball valve and butterfly valve together, can be used as control regulative valve, also as turn-off and shut-off valve. The main features are:
1. Without any pipe joints integral valve, therefore it is not subject to pipe or bolt stress influence, and because the body is without any pipe joints, the pressure resistant shell will not be affected by "mutation" pressure;
2. With a V-shaped body, even in low flow or high-viscosity media, it can also ensure the control accuracy within the entire range.
3. Leak-proof and durable seat is lined with stainless steel inner core PTFE cup-shaped, or O-ring in its outer diameter. The seat uses a large cross-section tungsten carbide cobalt, enhancing the seat structure further through a corrugated alloy spring.
4. When the valve is closed, V-shaped notch and the seat create wedge shearing, and it not only has the self-cleaning feature, but also prevent the ball cores to get stuck, especially for the occasions, which are not clean and with fiber media, of high viscosity, suspension, paper pulp.
