For a valve test bench we are looking for ball valves to be installed in the filling pipes with as big as possible open flow path.
They should be 1/2" and 1 1/2" class 4500 to cover 600 bar operating pressure, fluid to be water and air/nitrogen, bubble tight sealing, threaded ends, materials as per manufacturers recommendation.
If possible somewehere in Europe? I have asked a lot of manufacturers but not one could offer a solution.
They offer ball valve for very high pressure applications up to 1", orifice of 1/2" (12,7mm) 10000 psig.
Other manufacture that offer high pressure ball valve could be like , manufacture from Isreal, even though it is not shown on their homepage, they might be able to offer a special solution.
