(8) into the new packing 45.
(9) according to the decomposition of inverse sequence on packing gland 50, stem spacing device 66, spring washer 49, with 48 solid tight these parts nuts.
(10) the first 74 and handle 47 wrench, mount gasket 75, with 52 fixed tightly. Nuts,

(12) Air tightness test

(8) into the new packing 45.
(9) according to the decomposition of inverse sequence on packing gland 50, spring washer 49, with 48 solid tight these parts nuts. The actuator flange bolts and solid with tight.
(10) on gear box, fixed tightly with screws 10.
(11) check valve operating gearbox flexibility.
(12)Air tightness test.
With pneumatic drive the ball - 40 and packing o-rings 56, 112 replacement
(1) close valves on the block valves upstream and downstream. Put the gas pipeline and the unloading valve pressure.
(2) make ball valve is in full close state. Demolition pneumatic pipe.
(3) shake off screw driver and 35 will drive flange. Together,
(4) take the keys on the stem, twist off 15 November, remove the screw packing gland 33, packing, 40.
